Lamine Sonko & The African Intelligence Team Up With Ajak Kwai For National Tour

Two of Australia's most celebrated African artists, Lamine Sonko & The African Intelligence and Ajak Kwai, have come together for a national run starting this month and carrying through to April.

The Afro Frequency tour will showcase the latest albums from both artists, Afro Empire from Sonko & The African Intelligence, out 4 Feb, and Kwai's Of Cows, Women & War, which dropped last October. 

In a year that started with straight up xenophobic fearmongering, the tour couldn't come at a better time, and audiences can expect powerful messages of equality and inclusion in the best possible packaging -  explosive rhythms of afrobeat, jazz and funk mixed with sweet harmonies and vibrant melodies.
