Next year's festival will feature debut performances by international comics, UK's Jonathan Pie and US stand-up Tom Segura, as well as fan-favourite acts such as Ross Noble, Jason Byrne, Stephen K Amos, Des Bishop, Daniel Sloss and the winner of the 2017 Director's Choice Award, Urzila Carson.

The 2018 Sydney Comedy Festival, which will roll out to a number of venues such as the Sydney Opera House, Enmore Theatre and Giant Dwarf, will also feature a slew of Aussie talent, including Joel Creasey, Nazeem Hussain, Alex Williamson and Neel Kolhatkar.

Kicking off at the iconic Opera House on 23 April, the festival will run through to 20 May. Tickets for these shows go on sale from 10am on Friday 10 November.
