In the immortal words of US hip-hop icon and headliner Nelly, the R&B Fridays Live touring mini-festival line-up is just like a dream, with ‘90s legends TLC, Blackstreet and more joining forces this November.
Stemming from the Hit Network's widely popular R&B Friday Playlist, an all-star cast will cross the country delivering an overload of nostalgia to Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane, all of which – minus Queensland – being all ages events.
Here’s the full line-up in all its glory:
Nelly, TLC, Mya, 112, Montell Jordan, Blackstreet, Blu Cantrell, Dante Thomas, Fatman Scoop, Kevin Lyttle, DJ Horizon
Hot In Here and Ride Wit Me hitmaker Nelly will be getting things sweaty as the headlining act, while TLC – adding dates to an already-announced run of shows - will be busting out tracks like No Scrubs, Waterfalls and Unpretty as co-captains.
Mya and 112 will bring their deadly pipes to cut the steam, with Montell Jordan getting down and dirty with tracks like This Is How We Do It before Blackstreet lay down the heat with chart-toppers like No Diggity.
If that wasn’t enough to get your heart racing, sensual sets by Blu Cantrell, Dante Thomas, Fatman Scoop and Kevin Lyttle will, with DJ Horizon will also be spinning the biggest and best R&B tracks from 1980 to present.
Frontier pre-sale goes live next Tuesday, Sept 6, from 12noon AEST, with general public having access to tickets from 10am local time next Thursday, Sept 8.
