Two of Australia's most exciting upcoming outfits, GUINEAFOWL and BALL PARK MUSIC, have combined their forces for THE SUPER COMMUTER TOUR this April.

This co-headline expedition sees the sextets showing off their highly contested live shows at eight east coast dates.

Guineafowl started as a solo project tinkering in his home studio with a trusty laptop and some rudimentary Pro-Tool skills. After deciding that a full band was required to bring these songs into true fruition, Guineafowl assembled a band of five musicians, on the proviso that they all had to be better at playing their instruments than him.

EP number one Hello Anxiety was released in February and was followed by a successful run of east coast dates harvesting a reputation of an uplifting rabble rousing live show.

Guineafowl’s already strong identity will continue to strengthen with their catchy indie-tronica songs including ‘In Our Circles’, a triple j favourite and current finalist in the International Song Writing Competition.

Ball Park Music’s irresistible brand of pop rock has been stamped as a party staple. Cheeky singles ‘iFly’ and ‘Sad Rude Future Dude’ received recognition with a few nods from triple j and garnered their reputation as one of the most exciting new prospects.

Third single ‘Rich People are Stupid’ cements this. Their live show is a whole new game.

After nabbing multiple support slots including a national tour with Hungry Kids of Hungary, they have honed their onstage antics to create a spectacle that leaves everyone hot, sweaty and danced-out, but wanting more.

Hectic touring schedules for the past few months have seen both Guineafowl and Ball Park Music fawned with praise positioning them as two of the hottest live acts in the country.
