Mammal have announced the first Melbourne city club show since September and will play Ferntree Gully Hotel for the venue's first live music birthday Easter Thursday 9th April!
This will be such a big night of original music, emerging bands, DJs, entertainment and celebrations leading into the Easter long weekend it will be seen as necessary to have a public holiday (Good Friday) the next day to allow everyone to fully recover!
The boys from Melbourne, Mammal, after playing blistering festival performances at Pyramid and The Big Day Out, will headline the Ferntree Gully Hotel Bazaar, to not only acknowledge this fact, but mainly to reward Mammal's growing legion of Melbourne followers with a full concert performance.
Joining Mammal main stage before midnight is Trial Kennedy, another Melbourne based band on the rise bringing classic songs like Neighbours, Colour Day Tours & Sunday Warning, from the stunning debut album New Manic Art. Trial Kennedy opened Melbourne's Big Day Out 09 to a sizeable crowd and have come of age this summer. Currently on a National Tour playing to sold out crowds with Birds Of Tokyo, Trial Kennedy are ready to rock the Ferntree Gully Hotel!
The latest addition to this stellar Australian line up are Dukes of Windsor! This is the band that has brought you hits like The Others, It’s A War and now Runaway from their current album M I N U S. We are more then pleased to announce that they are joining fellow Melbournians Mammal and Trial Kennedy for the party at the Ferntree Gully Hotel Thursday April 9.
This night of frivolity will also see the bands such as Rook, Jerricco, InVolume and Ownkind along for the ride.
