Dan Sultan is kicking off the week with some massive news, today announcing an intimate Australian tour and his signing to a US label.

The Killer Solo run is scheduled to commence in March, with shows locked in for Hobart, Castlemaine, Upwey, Meeniyan, St Kilda, Wollongong, Blue Mountains, Canberra, Sydney, Milton, Geelong, Cardinia, Healesville, Darwin, Cairns and Wagga Wagga.

The tour will see Sultan strip his set back to only his piano and guitar, promising fans a stellar performance.

Meanwhile, Sultan joins progressive US label AntiFragile's roster, which already boasts the likes of Tia Gostelow, Eden Mulholland and British India.

AntiFragile will drop Sultan's Killer LP in the States on 26 January, following its Australian release last July.

"We feel very fortunate to have just signed Dan Sultan," AntiFragile president, Tom Sarig, said.

"Dan is an incredibly talented, unique vocalist and songwriter who I think can have a worldwide breakthrough with us. His songs are heartfelt and emotionally real and urgent.

"I got chills the first time I heard Kingdom and we are overjoyed to be working with him."

Tickets for Sultan's tour go on sale from 10am this Thursday (25 January); for more details, click on theGuide.
