UK Pop Icons Bay City Rollers Announce Aus Tour

Scottish pop/glam trendsetters Bay City Rollers will return to Australia for an 11-date tour this June with famed lead singer Les McKeown.

The Shang-A-Lang and Remember (Sha La La La) hit makers rose to mega-fame in the ‘70s, rolling through a number of line-up changes and some controversy in the years that followed, before classic members McKeown, keyboardist Stuart Wood and bassist Alan Longmuir announced an official reunion in 2015.

“Rollermania” swept across the UK again during the band’s Once In A Lifetime retrospective tour last year, which led to scalpers taking advantage and Longmuir throwing his influence behind the growing anti-scalping movement across the globe, calling out a notorious ticket on-seller.
