AN HORSE have set April 29 as the Australian release date for their new album WALLS, through Shock Records.
Walls is the follow up to their 2009 acclaimed debut Rearrange Beds, which garnered glowing reviews from People to Pitchfork, a performance on the Late Show with David Letterman and relentless touring, supporting such acts as Death Cab For Cutie, Tegan and Sara, Silversun Pickups, Cage The Elephant and The Big Pink.
Walls was recorded in Vancouver last summer with producer Howard Redekopp (The New Pornographers, Tegan and Sara) - an album of distances traveled and of distances between loved ones, shaken up in a bottle and exploding upon its release!
An Horse just put in a star turn at Austin's SXSW festival this year, have upcoming slots on Bamboozle in NY, Hurricane and Southside Festivals in Germany, plus a US tour with Manchester Orchestra in May.
Australian audiences can catch AN HORSE live at three special east coast shows this June...
